Spice Hub is the in-house restaurant — 40 covers under a thatched roof looking out at the swimming pool, plus gazebo tables on the deck for evenings.
The kitchen is entirely pure vegetarian. Jain food is made on prior request, and the same kitchen runs room service and all food for lawn and banquet functions — so one menu covers a whole event, with no outside caterer to coordinate.

Eating at The Ambay Villa
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served to house guests, day-picnic groups and function parties. Because the kitchen sits between the restaurant, the pool deck and the banquet hall, food travels a few steps rather than across town — which is the difference you taste at a winter wedding.
Menus are set on the call depending on the occasion: a simple thali for a family staying the night, a buffet for a lawn function, or a snacks-and-tea package for a day picnic by the pool. Tell us dietary requirements — Jain, no onion-garlic, or a children's menu — when you book.
